🔹 Login Issues #
- Check Credentials → Make sure your email and password are correct.
- Reset Password → If you can’t log in, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset.
- Try a Different Browser/Incognito Mode → Sometimes cached cookies cause issues. Open an incognito/private window or switch browsers to see if the problem persists.
🔹 Slow Uploads #
- Check Your Internet Speed → Uploads depend heavily on your available bandwidth.
- Use a Wired Connection → Ethernet is more stable than Wi-Fi for large file transfers.
- Close Other Heavy Apps → Pause streaming, cloud backups, or large downloads that may compete for bandwidth.
- Upload During Off-Peak Hours → If possible, schedule large uploads when fewer people are using the network.
