Quick Troubleshooting Checklist

If you run into problems using StudioSync, try these quick solutions before reaching out to support.


🔹 Login Issues #

  • Check Credentials → Make sure your email and password are correct.
  • Reset Password → If you can’t log in, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset.
  • Try a Different Browser/Incognito Mode → Sometimes cached cookies cause issues. Open an incognito/private window or switch browsers to see if the problem persists.

🔹 Slow Uploads #

  • Check Your Internet Speed → Uploads depend heavily on your available bandwidth.
  • Use a Wired Connection → Ethernet is more stable than Wi-Fi for large file transfers.
  • Close Other Heavy Apps → Pause streaming, cloud backups, or large downloads that may compete for bandwidth.
  • Upload During Off-Peak Hours → If possible, schedule large uploads when fewer people are using the network.

🔹 Sync Failures #

  • Refresh the Page → Sometimes a simple reload resolves the issue.
  • Re-upload the File → Retry uploading the specific file(s) that failed.
  • Check File Size → Confirm the file does not exceed your plan’s upload limits (see Billing section).
  • Look for Maintenance Notices → Check the StudioSync status page or announcements for ongoing system maintenance.
