Billing & Subscription Management

Managing your subscription is easy inside StudioSync. You can view invoices, update payment details, and switch plans directly from your account settings.


🔹 Accessing Billing #

  1. Log in to your StudioSync account.
  2. From the Home Dashboard, click your Account menu.
  3. Select Billing to open your subscription details.

🔹 What You Can Do in Billing #

  • View Your Current Plan → See which plan you’re on and what features it includes.
  • Update Payment Method → Add or change credit card/billing details.
  • Download Invoices/Receipts → Access past billing history for your records.
  • Upgrade or Downgrade Plans → Switch to a different subscription level (depending on availability).

🔹 When to Contact the StudioSync Team #

In some cases, you’ll need assistance from the StudioSync support team:

  • Moving to an Enterprise or Custom plan.
  • Requesting annual billing if only monthly is available in-app.
  • Resolving failed payments or account suspensions.
  • Handling tax/VAT adjustments or special billing requests.
