Creating a New Project #

  1. Go to the Dashboard
    From your home page, click “+ New Project”.
  2. Enter Project Details
    • Project Name (e.g., Johnson Wedding 2025)
  3. Upload Photos
    • Drag and drop images or select from your computer.
    • Organize into folders/albums if needed.
    • Progress bar shows upload status.
  4. Share with Client
    • Generate a secure project link.
    • Decide whether clients can favoritecomment, or download photos.
    • Send directly via email or copy the link to share manually.

🛠️ Managing Existing Projects #

  1. View Projects List
    On your dashboard, recent projects appear at the top. You can also search or filter by client, date, or status.
  2. Track Client Activity
    • See which projects have been opened.
    • Monitor photo selections, comments, and progress.
  3. Edit Project Details
    • Rename the project.
    • Add/remove photos.
    • Update client permissions.
  4. Archive or Complete
    • Mark a project as Completed when selections are finalized.
    • Archive old projects for record keeping while keeping your dashboard clean.

  • Keep project names clear and consistent (e.g., ClientName_Event_Date).
  • Use albums within projects to separate different parts of a shoot.
  • Regularly archive finished projects to keep your dashboard clutter-free.
